Welcome to Springfield IL Homes For Sale .com where we answer YOUR Real Estate questions. Today, we are joined by our friend Rich Kinison from RZL Custom Clean. We discuss cleaning vs. replacing carpet when selling your home.

Honestly, this carpet looked like an absolute lost cause before Rich started. By the time he was done, the carpet looked nearly brand new, saving the owner thousands of dollars, and putting more money in their pocket after the sale or their home.

Watch the video, it’s very convincing.

And, give Rich a call if you need your carpets cleaned. He’s a great guy who takes a great deal of pride in his work. Not to mention, he doesn’t cost an arm and a leg.
